HOW DO I RECORD MY GREETING?

Once you have booked your event we provide you with the password to enter our document hub. Here you will find full instructions and top tips around creating your greeting. You create the greeting in your own home on a Smart Phone and then simply send it to us via WhatsApp.

How do I collect the phone?

We take care of all the delivery and returns as part of your booking..

Do your audio guestbooks need wifi or a landline?

The Audio Guestbooks do not require any connectivity.

Do I need a mains power source?

All of the Oh Hello Audio Guestbooks run on a power bank which we provide. This allows you to use our phones in remote locations such as a beach, a vineyard, a castle with limited power supply.

Can I set the phone up in a loud room?

We advise that the phone is setup away from a source of loud noise such as loud music from a DJ or band.

Can I unplug the phone and move it throughout my day?

Yes. There is no need to unplug the phone which can be moved as needed. Care needs to be taken because if dropped, damage could prevent them from working.

Is there a limit to the amount of messages on the phone?

No. We ensure that our technology will meet the needs of the largest of events.

What locations do you cover?

As long as you are based in the United Kingdom your event could be in any location including abroad.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit of £100 is required 6 weeks prior to the event and the full balance within 1 week.

What happens if the phone gets stolen or damaged?

Oh Hello Audio Guestbooks reserves the right to charge if damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear.

When will I receive my messages?

What if I wanted a different phone colour that isn’t listed?
